Copenhagen, October 2020 – Arrive Agencies, a Scandinavian consortia of travel agencies, has welcomed Copenhagen-based travel technology provider Procon Solution as one of its preferred business partners.

Procon and Arrive have together implemented three Swedish travel agencies – Resehuset Jönköping, Respartner Helsingborg and Respartner Ängelholm, who all went live in the beginning of this year. An initial collaboration that has led to a partnership today.

This new partnership will help travel agencies in Sweden and Norway simplify their post-booking processes with Procon’s integrated mid and back office solution, ProTAS, reducing manual intervention, bringing tighter controls and provide significant productivity gains in agencies’ administrative processes. The partnership is also a result of Procon’s investment in the Nordic market, where Arrive Agencies provide their outstanding services to over 30 offices in Sweden and Norway.

The Swedish and Norwegian market are high volume areas for Procon, and during the many years of delivering ProTAS to VIA Travel Sweden, Procon met Annika Hultgren, who is now the CEO at Arrive Agencies.
