In 2008 BTD implemented ProTAS Back Office from ProCon Solution. Due to continuous growth Year on Year, it became apparent that we needed a more robust solution that would automate an identified list of manual tasks, allowing us to continue with our growth, but with system investment, rather than continuing to take on more head count. It also became clear that a more sophisticated system was required to enable BTD to effectively manage a more flexible charging structure and provide timelier reporting for its client base. Along with this grow the need for multi currency functionality as we pursue an expansive international strategy.
ProCon Solution was selected because of its ability to provide BTD with a system that was both flexible and user friendly and would enable BTD to benefit from both the expertise of the developers at ProCon Solution and their ongoing investment into research and development of the system.
